1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and mayacash ("mayacash," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at mayacash.club (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the mayacash Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mayacash Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the mayacash Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in casino-style gambling is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of mayacash, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the mayacash Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

mayacash reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

If mayacash discovers that a player has registered or used the Platform while under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, subject to applicable verification procedures.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the mayacash Platform, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active mayacash account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. mayacash employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, and balances may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mayacash account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. mayacash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify mayacash support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

mayacash is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mayacash accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. Currently accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on mayacash is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your mayacash wallet instantly for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the sending institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. mayacash reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the mayacash account holder.

4.4 Transaction Limits

mayacash may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits on deposits and withdrawals. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits. Current limits are displayed in the mayacash cashier section.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

mayacash is committed to compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mayacash offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all mayacash bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who are residents of the Philippines.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual bonus terms.
• mayacash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be voided and the associated account may be permanently closed.
• In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms of the individual promotion shall prevail.
• mayacash's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the mayacash Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply across all mayacash products:

• All bets placed on mayacash are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, mayacash will attempt to resolve the round based on available game data. If resolution is not possible, the bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.
• mayacash uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to live game protocols.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• mayacash reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in violation of these Terms.
• For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, mayacash's decision is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mayacash Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one mayacash account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mayacash staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the mayacash Platform software or infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location.

8. Responsible Gaming

mayacash is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all mayacash account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through mayacash customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
• Account Cooling-Off: Players may request a short-term cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the mayacash Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of mayacash or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the mayacash Platform without the prior written consent of mayacash. The mayacash name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of mayacash. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any mayacash trademark, trade name, or logo.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mayacash, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

mayacash does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mayacash makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In no event shall mayacash's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mayacash account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

mayacash collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering a mayacash account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of gaming services.

12. Amendments to These Terms

mayacash reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, mayacash will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the mayacash Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting mayacash customer support.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to mayacash's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact mayacash customer support in writing, providing full details of your complaint. mayacash will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For gaming-related disputes that cannot be resolved directly with mayacash, players may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
